Woodbridge HOA Mission

The mission of the Woodbridge HOA is to preserve the property values of homeowners.

Association dues serve to maintain its privately owned streets and common areas.

The Architecture Committee assists with the Woodbridge Mission by insuring uniformity of the architecture.

Things we've done recently.

• The streets of Woodbridge were recently renovated and resurfaced. The renovation will serve to preserve the streets and enable the Association to forego a complete replacement and renovation for five to ten years.

• The common areas were updated.
